Roody found his passion for construction with his own investment properties in 1999 and enjoyed seeing a beautifully done finished product. Roody has built his company on integrity and putting the client relationship first. He is highly respected and has built his reputation and company through exceeding customer’s expectations creating repeat and referral business.

Genesis is an integral asset to the operations and daily transaction coordination of RP Management. Along side with running the office functions daily she is intrinsically driven and is currently completing a higher education degree. She does all of this and is an incredible Mom!
